Shipping
Items are shipped once payment is received. I offer FREE standard shipping within Canada with Canada Post (up to 7-10 business days, but often sooner!). I package and post as promptly as possible.

Rates can be calculated for international shipping - buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. If express shipping is required, please contact me before placing your order. (I can save the item you're interested in for a day or two.) International orders can not be sent to a P.O. Box.


Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly. I don't give refunds, but can issue a credit (once item is returned.) You have my word that I'll do what I can to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I'm not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
